Attendant Care Benefits

Pays for the services of an attendant or long-term care facility. This benefit is not available to individuals who suffer minor injuries. For non-catastrophic cases, and individual is subject to a $3,000 maximum per month. For catastrophic cases, an individual is entitled to receive up to $6,000 per month to a lifetime maximum of $1,000,000 for combined medical rehabilitation and attendant care benefits.
