Sandy Cassarscalia has been a dedicated professional in the legal field since 1999 and has been a valued member of ICS Legal Services since 2008. As a licensed paralegal recognized by the Law Society of Ontario, Sandy provides expert legal services throughout the province of Ontario. She specializes in personal injury claims, with deep expertise in the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule, and is actively involved in handling some of the most complex catastrophic injury cases.

Sandy has successfully advocated for clients in multiple mediations before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) and currently manages numerous cases before the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT). In addition, she is a commissioned Notary Public.

Known for her passion, dedication, and compassionate approach, Sandy ensures that victims of automobile accidents who have been denied accident benefits receive the compensation they deserve to support their recovery and manage life after injury. Beyond managing her own caseload, Sandy leads the Claims team at ICS Legal Services, where she mentors colleagues and shares her extensive knowledge to foster their growth and success.

Fluent in both English and Italian, Sandy takes pride in serving members of the Italian community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, running, and pursuing her passion for Karate—currently training to earn her black belt.
