Humberto is a seasoned legal professional with over 20 years of experience, originally trained as a lawyer in Colombia. Since 2008, he has been a licensed paralegal and member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. In 2020, he earned the additional designation of Notary Public, further expanding his ability to serve clients with professionalism and integrity.

At our firm, Humberto draws on his extensive legal background to provide clear, practical advice to clients navigating personal injury claims. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he communicates effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring they understand each step of the legal process.

Humberto guides clients through every stage of their cases—from the initial filing of applications before the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT) to the preparation of motions, reconsideration requests, and legal submissions. He also helps clients prepare for hearings, delivering comprehensive support tailored to each individual’s needs.
